CSCS Green Labourers Card Course

Duration:1 day

  • 1 day
  • Fri 12 Dec 2025 | 07:30 - 16:30

Health and Safety awareness is critical to site safety, and it is important that safety training courses are undertaken by all the workforce on a construction site. The Green CSCS Card is a must for labourers on any site, with stringent checks being carried out regularly.

This classroom based one day course is an ideal foundation course for those wishing to obtain an industry accreditation.

This course can be used as the preparation training for the CSCS Health and Safety Test or as refresher training for operatives.

Upon completion you will have an understanding of:

  • Work equipment.
  • Typical construction hazards and how these are controlled.
  • Manual handling.
  • Occupational health.
  • Fire prevention.
  • Legal requirements and liabilities.
  • How everyone can help achieve better practical standards of safety on site.
  • Workers' individual responsibilities for their own safety and the safety of others.

To conclude the course candidates will take a short-written test comprising of multichoice questions.

Successful delegates will subsequently receive an accredited NPORS certificate which can be used to gain their CSCS Labourer card once they have also passed the CITB Health, Safety and Environment for operative’s test.
